Q: How do your site compare with some of the cheap websites for sale on eBay?

A: My price includes everything. When buying a cheap web site, you have to pay additional money for hosting (around $120/year) + they may charge you a transfer fee if you want to change. They make money from hosting. Plus you have to pay for a domain name ($9.50). You'll end up paying a lot more when buying a cheap web site. Plus you usually don't get access to the hosting and your web pages and are not able to change your pages if you want to add anything or make other revisions. If they don't sell you hosting, then they often refer you to a free hosting site which won't give you the features you need for a business site (and often includes their advertising).

Q: Are there any additional expenses?

A: No, there are no expenses for the first year.

• Hosting is included for a full year. Comes with full control panel & FTP access. After the first year, you can either pay me to extend the hosting or you can switch to the hosting company of your choice. (Some of the people selling cheap sites on eBay are just trying to make money from hosting. Some do not provide FTP access)
  
  
• The domain name is included and is good for approximately 11 months. It will be put it in your name. To renew the domain name after the first year, you will pay around $7-$10 to the domain registration company. (Other are including a cheap .info name or you have to get your own domain name)
  
  
• Uploading to my hosting is included. If you choose to use a different host, you can upload the files yourself. (If you want me to set up the files on a different host, there will be a $20 charge. Most people who have their own hosting set up will know how to upload the files themselves.)

Q: How will I get paid?

A: You will get paid from Google and Amazon.

Q: How fast can I get this site up and running?

A: I will install your site with your Adsense ID and other account ID's within 24-48 hrs from the time you provide me with your information. I will send you a short questionnaire asking your Adsense, Amazon account. I am including easy instructions to sign up for those accounts in case you don't have an account with them yet. If you need help setting up any of those accounts, I will help you set them up. Your site will be up within 24-48 hrs after I get that information from you.

Q: Can I get the files and put them on my own server?

A: Yes. If you want to use your own hosting, let me know and I'll send you the files. I'm assuming that you know how to upload files if you have your own hosting. If not, you can pay me to upload your files to your hosting.

Q: Is there any maintenance I have to do to the website?

A: No. Everything is automated and there is no website maintenance.

Q: Can I buy this website if I live outside the US?

A: Yes. You can use this web site in any country where you can get a Paypal account. Amazon has aninternational program and your items will show in your currency and shipped to your country.

Q: Is this a drop shipment or affiliate model?

A: It's an affiliate site.

• Higher commissions. Most affiliate programs pay more than Adsense, Amazon or eBay. For example, most Clickbank's products pay between 50 & 75% commission. You get paid for your sales every two weeks.
• Anyone can become an affiliate. You do NOT have to provide a copy of a business license, DBA or resale tax certificate. Some sites may ask for your social security number.
• Signing up as an affiliate is easy and FREE.  If you are not an affiliate with any of these merchants yet, I'll give you easy directions on how sign up to become an affiliate. I will put in your affiliate links in the web site.

Disadvantages of drop shipping (this is NOT a drop shipping site):

• You have to manage & update the site on an ongoing basis. You have to constantly find and add new products. You also have to remove products that are no longer available.
• You have to know how to update a website. It's a lot of work.
• You need your own shopping cart. This typically involves a monthly fee or a higher hosting fee. (Unless you're only using Paypal but not everyone wants to pay with Paypal.)
• You need your own merchant account. This also involves a monthly fee of around $30/month (unless you're using Paypal).
• When you receive an order from your website, you collect the payment from your customer through your own merchant account, Paypal, check or money order. After you collect the payment, you need to place a copy of the order and your customer's shipping information on the drop shipper’s (supplier’s) website. You pay the drop shipper and keep your profit. The drop shipper will pack and ship the item to your customer.
• Buyers will contact you if there's a problem with the shipping or the merchandise because they bought from you.
• The so-called wholesale prices you're getting are usually high and don't allow for a lot of profits. Also, a good drop shipper will charge a monthly membership fee.
